Using e-mail is the most effective way to communicate with the BHSWCA faculty. All faculty members have e-mail addresses that can be found in this handbook. While all staff will check their e-mail daily, please allow up to two school days for your e-mails to be answered. Parents who do not have easy access to e-mail can contact teachers by calling the BHSWCA main office and leaving a message with our School Secretary, Ms. Jasmine Carrion-Rodriguez. Again, we ask that parents give faculty members two school days to respond. In the case of an emergency, please call the main office at 718-944-5660 and someone will assist you. If you are still unable to reach someone, please call Ms. Grey, our school principal, on her school cell phone at 347-754-0317.

School Messenger is an automated message delivery system that provides instant distribution of important messages from our school. It is a mass notification system that empowers educators to connect with parents, students and staff in any language and on any device. This innovative technology allows BHSWCA to send detailed messages to all parents via cellphone, landline, email or SMS text message. We utilize this system often to disseminate important information to over 400 parents in less than 10 minutes.
